Appointment times depend on the square footage of the property and what services are being provided. A rough idea:

• 1 hour - 1.5 hour (Starter Plan)
• 1 hour - 2 hours (Standard Plan)
• 1.5 hours - 2.5 hours (Premium Plan)

We can accommodate appointments with 1 to 2 days prior to the booking. Bookings made after 6PM will be processed on the next day. Please reach out to our Client Support Team if you are in need of an urgent service appointment and we will do our best to accommodate.

Unfortunately, we can't control the weather. However, we do offer free sky replacements wherever needed. Thanks to our premium HDR photography, the weather will not impact the quality of the interior photos. Our photographers are prepared with umbrellas and can shoot in almost any kind of weather. In the event that we cannot shoot you will be reached out to by one of our Account Executives to rebook the appointment for free. 

Once the content have been edited it will be uploaded to your Shared Google Drive with Realtyshop.ca. After the completion of any digital service orders, the email you created an account with will be sent a Google Drive link to your online shared drive where you will be able to access all digital orders with Realtyshop.ca.

If the property has an additional building such as a barn or pool house that you would like photographed as well please add the total sq ft of that building to the primary building and select the sq ft size on the booking form that reflects both buildings added together.

For Example:

Your upcoming listings primary residence is 2200 sq ft. The property also has a 1000 sq ft pool house that you would like us to photograph.

2200 sq ft + 1000 sq ft = 3200 total sqft.

When booking online you would select 3000-4000 sq ft for the property size so that it reflects both the primary residence and the pool house.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If the wrong property sq ft size is ordered the client will be charged additionally or reimbursed so the property size selected when ordering online reflects the real size of the property. We reserve the right to purchase a Mpac report from TRREB in the event of a dispute and if the property is in fact larger then the client specified the client will be invoiced for the cost of the Mpac report.

If you would like the basement photographed then yes, the basement sqft is included in the property square footage.

If the basement is not being photographed then you do not have to include it in the size of the property when ordering online.

Please let us know at least 3 hours before your scheduled appointment time if a cancellation is needed. If we arrive at your location and are asked to cancel/reschedule, there will be a doorstep cancellation fee of $75 and any travel fees associated with that property. 

To help us in making this a smooth process, please have house decluttered & depersonalized, all lights turned on, backyard gates unlocked, hygiene products, garbage cans, and shoes removed. Please also move any appliances, furniture or cars moved prior to our photographer arrives onsite. If there are large items that will be in the way, please place them in the garage or in the basement in a room that will not be shot.

 We do make every effort in helping to prepare our clients in special scenarios. However, if we are there past the allotted time and we haven’t begun shooting, we will need to rebook the appointment and you will be charged our doorstep cancellation fee to cover our photographers time.

Yes we do! Please provide the lockbox information in the "Additional Requests/Information" section of our online booking form.

You are required to obtain permission from the concierge for us to access and the amenities prior to the appointment date as some facilities do not allow this.

You must have a way for us to access the property: lockbox, buzzer, agent on-site, or seller.

We are not legally allowed to pick up or travel with the property keys.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Regarding our Slideshow Video Tour Add-on:
Please specify which town/city you would like displayed on the Slideshow Video Tour in the "Additional Requests/Information" section of our online booking form. Otherwise we will automatically go with the address listed on Google.

The following types of pictures are a list of the standard pictures taken at a regular size home. In many circumstances more pictures will be taken.

We are more than happy to take more pictures beyond the standard list below, such as unique home features etc. Just let the photographer know onsite or in the Additional Requests/Information section of our online booking form.

We will not take pictures of the following room unless otherwise asked. Unfinished rooms, unfinished basement, cold cellar, furnace room, lien closet, small bedroom closets, inside shed, inside garage.
