First-Time Purchase / Redesign Template
- For clients making their first purchase of this service, we require a one-time template design fee. This template booklet design service includes unlimited revisions until the template is complete. If you would like to re-design your current booklet template we require you to purchase this option again.
Use My Current Template (Repeat Orders Only)
- This option is for customers who have already purchase the one-time template design fee
NOTE: Please feel free to take advantage of our "Upload Ideas" option to speed up the design process. (i.e. Property Image, Headshot, Logo, Design Ideas)
Client provides floor plan, MLS sheet, survey, text, pictures and any other content they would like in the booklet design. Additional revisions on top of the one included in the standard service are $10.00 each time and can be purchased here.
