RealtorShop.ca continues to be committed to safe transactions. Government recommendations at the federal, provincial, and municipal levels are constantly changing. At RealtorShop.ca , we want to offer our clients stability and comfort knowing their real estate needs are still being met in a safe and responsible manner. While we remain open for business, our staff is taking all of the necessary precautions as recommended by the various health agencies and government organizations.
All of our onsite service pros are required to wear N95 masks to ensure the safety of you, your clients and our staff. We also have several internal protocols to ensure our service pros are not attending bookings if they are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19. Some of our services have also been restricted or are currently unavailable for purchase on our shop.
To receive contactless service please select the Entry Instruction option "Lock box". Otherwise please ensure there is only ONE person onsite to meet our Service Pro. Masks are required for all personal onsite. If the person meeting our Service Pro onsite cannot wear a mask due to health or other reasons they CANNOT be onsite while our Service Pro is there, no exceptions.
Upon arriving at the property if the safety of our Service Pro is compromised in anyway due to a failure to follow Realtorshop.ca & the Government of Canada's rules & laws regarding COVID-19 our Service Pro will immediately leave and our doorstep cancellation fee will be charged.
If our Service Pro feels with justification that their safety is at all compromised during the booking they reserve the right to leave immediately. Our doorstep cancellation fee or full service charge will apply depending on how much work was completed.
